Healthy Homemade Taco Seasoning
  • 1Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4Tsp onion powder
  • 1/4Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2Tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2Tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2Tsp ground cumin
  • 1Tsp sea salt
  • 1Tsp black pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  3. You can easily double this recipe to make more.
  4. When you are ready to use use your Homemade Taco Seasoning, use about 2 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat.
  5. Feel free to add more or use less.
  6. Brown your beef then drain off fat.
  7. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over meat and add 1/3 cup of water, mix in.
  8. Simmer until water is adsorbed.
