Ok, all jokes aside, you actually do need to try this low carb recipe. It’s not every day you get a chance to make a low carb recipe that tastes as good as this one, so don’t squander your opportunity (you’ll thank me for that advice later).

Ingredients
- 2 Lbs lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Large onion , chopped
- 1 regular Clove garlic , minced
- 1 small cabbage , chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes 14.5oz
- 1 can tomato sauce 8oz
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 Tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tsp sea salt

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and onion and cook, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
- Add the garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.

- If you'd rather not do this as a low carb recipe, then you can cook whole wheat egg noodles and top them with the unstuffed cabbage rolls
