Oreo Cookie Balls
8 oz block
, softened (this is important)
, Hershey’s Semi sweet chocolate chips are the best
, or other color
Place Oreo Cookies in a bag/blender and smash them up until they are the consistency of dirt. I used a baggy and a rolling pin to smash them up.
Using a pastry cutter, cut the softened cream cheese into the smashed Oreo mixture.
Roll the mixture into balls, for size consistency. I used 1 Tablespoon.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
Cover balls in chocolate then leave to set in the fridge. — about an hour.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, spoon into a small baggy, clip just a tiny bit off the corner, drizzle across them, then return to fridge.
